Who we are?

Achim Preuss
Achim currently lives in Germany, however consults leading teaching pros across Europe. He graduated with a diploma in psychology and a doctor degree in cognitive psychology and applied computing science. He worked 3 years as an assistant professor for instructional sports psychology. Within his long-time experience (since 1989) in business psychology and applied computing science, Achim has run successful HR consultancy and IT-development projects for companies like Beiersdorf, Credit Suisse, DaimlerChrysler, L'Oreal, 3M, and Siemens. His main areas of expertise in HR are job analysis, knowledge engineering, and e-HR with bespoke online assessment and development solutions. Over the years, he has published a number of articles on knowledge engineering, prediction methodologies and e-HR He is co-founder and managing director of cut-e and therefore with his team responsible for the psychometric content and technical platform of mentaga GOLF

Jeff Gibb
Jeff currently lives in New Zealand however works with golfers across Australasia. He is a qualified Chartered Psychologist with the British Psychological Society (BPS). He is a member of the Division of Occupational Psychology and a founding member of the Division of Sport and Exercise Psychology in the BPS.

He conducts much of his work in the business setting, helping organisations get the best out of their staff through targeted recruitment and selection, and leadership development. He has held training and consulting roles in Ireland, United Kingdom, Europe, Middle East and New Zealand. He also conducts one-one coaching work with senior managers, helping career coaching and skills development. Some major clients have included ScottishPower, Vodafone, Halifax Bank of Scotland, Guinness Ireland and many others.

Jeff is a passionate golfer who has benefited from using the mentaga tool himself during the developmental trials. He works one-one with golfers to help them understand how their behaviour influences their scores on the golf course and impacts on other part of their lives. He runs mentaga Accreditation Training for qualified coaching professionals to enable them to use the mentaga Benchmark Report with their own clients.

Outside of golf he enjoys most sports including rugby and tennis.
